Laxmi Rajak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and analytics, currently serving as a Senior Manager at EL Education, Inc. since May 2019, having previously held roles as Manager and Research Associate within the same organization. Prior to this, Laxmi worked as an Impact Evaluation Coordinator at Teach for Nepal, designing tools to measure the impact of educational initiatives and managing the data collection and analysis processes. Laxmi began a career in education as a Research Fellow with Teach for Nepal, where a Duke University Hart fellowship was awarded for leading a project addressing educational disparities. Additionally, Laxmi has interned with WISER International and Door Step School, providing educational support to underprivileged students in various capacities. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in International Comparative Studies, Mathematics, and Education from Duke University, as well as an International Baccalaureate from Sussex Coast College.
