Ed Manansala Ed.D. is a seasoned educational leader currently serving as the County Superintendent of Schools for the El Dorado County Office of Education since June 2013, following a role as Deputy Superintendent of Educational Services. Previous experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for the Sacramento City Unified School District and a leadership role at St. HOPE Public Schools, where positions ranged from Director of Strategic Partnerships to Principal of Sacramento High School. Earlier in the career, Ed Manansala held the position of Coordinator of Learning Support Services within the Sacramento City Unified School District. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of California, Davis, alongside a Master of Social Work from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from California State University-Sacramento.
