Rita Alexandra Silva Santos has extensive experience in customer service and financial assistance, currently serving as a Contabilidade and Assistente financeiro at El Corte Inglés Portugal since June 2017, where responsibilities include supporting the store and providing customer service. Prior to this role, Rita worked as a Retail Sales Assistant at Primark Stores Limited from January 2015 to August 2017, focusing on store organization and customer interactions related to exchanges and complaints. Additionally, Rita gained experience as a Caixa Operadora at Pingo Doce from January 2012 to November 2016, managing cash and providing customer service. Rita holds a Licenciatura in Gestão from Universidade Aberta, completed in September 2023, and previously attained a 12•ano in sciences and technologies from Instituto Superior de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo from 2003 to 2010.
