Jaimara Sanchez Caliman is a human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and training. Currently serving as a Recruitment and Selection Technician at El Corte Inglés Portugal since October 2021, Jaimara previously worked at JW Marriott Hotel Caracas from August 2017 to December 2020, first as a Training Coordinator and then as a Recruitment and Selection Coordinator. Jaimara’s earlier experience includes a role as a Recruitment and Development Analyst at Valeven and a Human Resources Trainee, where responsibilities involved the full recruitment cycle and psychometric testing. Jaimara holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodrigues, obtained in 2019.
