Luis E. Cabrera, M.Ed, is currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at El Centro Elementary School District since August 2023. Simultaneously, Luis holds the positions of Council Member and Vice Mayor for the City of San Luis, a role undertaken since December 2020. Luis has a background in special education, having previously taught at Somerton School District from July 2019 to May 2023. In addition to educational roles, Luis has been employed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walmart since November 2016. Academically, Luis E. Cabrera earned a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Political Science and Government from Arizona Western College.
