Hesham Ayad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in export and business development, currently serving as Export Director at Universal Group since August 2010, overseeing global export operations and international activities. Previously, as Export Sales & International Business Development Manager, responsibilities included business development across various regional countries and fostering customer-oriented organizational cultures. Hesham also held the position of Sales & Marketing Manager at Al Thoulathia Group from October 2004 to November 2010, where the focus was on developing comprehensive business plans and recruiting sales staff. Earlier roles include Area Sales Manager at Olympic Group in Egypt and Sales Manager at Jumbo Electronics, where sales teams were managed and distribution networks established across the UAE.
