Zachary McMasters has a diverse work experience. Zachary started their career at USA Water Polo as a Volunteer Marketing and Public Relations Assistant, where they conducted assessments and audits for the organization's website. Zachary then moved on to Make-A-Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire, where they served as a Volunteer Event Marketing Assistant, conducting market research and creating press materials for the "Swish Madness" event.

In 2019, Zachary volunteered as a Social Media Editor at the University of La Verne, overseeing messaging and moderation on various social media platforms. Zachary also led a team in organizing a social media campaign about students at the university.

Starting in 2016, Zachary worked as an Educator and Sales Associate at lululemon, focusing on product education and in-store events. In 2021, they transitioned into the healthcare industry, starting as an Emergency Medical Technician at Care Ambulance Services, Inc.

Later that year, Zachary joined the Long Beach Fire Department as an Ambulance Operator, providing emergency care and transportation while preparing incident reports. Zachary concurrently worked as a Patient Care Technician at Providence, administering care in the Emergency Department.

Currently, Zachary is employed at EKN Engineering as a Project Manager, responsible for developing and executing the Work Bundling process across different departments. Zachary'srole includes coordinating meetings, tracking project initiatives, and managing analytics reporting.

Zachary McMasters completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of La Verne, where they studied from 2015 to 2019.
