Joseph Ghabour has an extensive work experience in various roles. Joseph started their career as an intern at the INTERNATIONAL HEALTH AND EPIDEMIOLOGY RESEARCH CENTER in 2014. Joseph then worked as a Data Analyst at Westco Spectra Color Inc., where they analyzed sales and financial functions to help determine expansion strategies. Joseph also designed objectives and scopes for future sales decisions using predictive tools.

Joseph later joined the Riverside County Department of Public Health as a Data Analyst Associate. In this role, they analyzed data sets for the County of Riverside Health Department and acted as a liaison with multiple other California counties. Joseph also reconciled data between multiple statistical programs to enable better critical thinking.

After that, Joseph worked at Hyundai Motor America, first as a Data Analyst and later as a Senior Analyst/Program Lead. In these roles, they served as an analyst and strategic thought partner to the CFO and Director of Genesis. Joseph also oversaw the Call Center Supervisor and Team Leads for Customer Care and analyzed data on customer satisfaction and care.

Joseph then moved on to CalOptima, where they worked as a Senior Data Analyst. In this role, they developed and produced Pay for Value (P4V) results pertaining to specific healthcare-related measurable reports. Joseph incorporated knowledge of data trends, industry standards, and recognized benchmarks for data. Joseph also extracted data from SQL export into Tableau and Excel.

Currently, Joseph is working as a Project Manager at EKN Engineering. In this role, they manage multiple projects with a portfolio over five million in revenue. Joseph prepares agendas, develops and maintains master project budgets and timelines, and develops relationships to identify current customer concerns and mitigate issues for all projects.

Joseph Ghabour completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Cognitive Psychology at California State University, Fullerton from 2011 to 2015. Joseph then pursued a Master's degree in Public Health through the Public Health and General Preventive Medicine Residency Program at Claremont Graduate University from 2016 to 2018.
