Prior experience includes multiple supervisory roles at Descon Engineering Limited, where Salman Iqbal managed store and warehouse operations for major projects including Lotte Chemical Pakistan Ltd. and the Engro Chemical Project. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Punjab.
