Currently working as an Executive Agile & Innovation Management Coach at Ekipa Agile Consultancy Indonesia, Ugeng focuses on embedding agile frameworks and innovation practices into strategic approaches. With previous experience as a Project Manager at PT Astra International Tbk, Ugeng's expertise lies in managing projects and resources, as well as coordinating with various parties for successful project delivery. In terms of education, Ugeng holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering and a Master's degree in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship.
