Pradeep Gnanasekaram has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Pradeep joined OneAccess and Ekinops in 2018 as the Business Development Director ANZ and Director of Business Development, respectively. Prior to that, they worked at AudioCodes from 2010 to 2018 as the Director of Technology, where they played a key role in introducing new technology to the ANZ region and managing engineering resources. Before that, they held managerial positions at AAPT from 2006 to 2010, where they were involved in network integrations and team leadership for VoIP support. Pradeep also worked at PowerTel from 2003 to 2006 as a Technical Specialist and Senior Network Engineer. Starting their career at PowerTel ltd in 2000, they served as a Network Engineer. Pradeep's work experience also includes a role as the Marketing Assistant at Holiday Inn from 1996 to 1998.

Pradeep Gnanasekaram obtained an Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from TAFE NSW, completing the program from 1998 to 2001. Pradeep also received a Certificate in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management in 2008. In 2009, they pursued ITIL V3 training at Pink Elephant.
