Luke Parham is an experienced Director and Consultant Quantity Surveyor at GVE Commercial Solutions Ltd since 2006, with extensive expertise in major civil engineering, infrastructure, marine, building, and energy projects across the UK. Currently serving as a Change Manager for the Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, BAM joint venture on the HS2 project, Luke has held several significant Change Manager positions in various firms, including Kilnbridge, CA BLACKWELL, and Costain Vinci Bachy, focusing on managing contractual changes and commercial processes in complex projects.
