Alan Healy is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in disaster recovery and IT support. Currently serving as Technical Support Manager at Ekco since July 2017, Alan has held multiple roles including Support Team Lead, Service Delivery Expert, and Disaster Recovery Engineer. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Datastring (now Ekco) and KeepItSafe, where responsibilities encompassed the management of disaster recovery solutions and proactive backup monitoring. Alan began the IT career at Click Computers, focusing on hardware repairs and customer support. Academically, Alan holds a Master of Science in Business and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Technological University Dublin.
