Currently serving as a Founding Partner at Ekantika Brasil since July 2009, Viviane has previously held significant positions, including Culture and Performance Superintendent at Itaú Unibanco from January 2007 to May 2009, Project and Processes Manager at Accor between 2005 and 2007, and a Human Resource role at Whirlpool Corporation from 2000 to 2005.
