Vinay Kumar is an experienced professional in social work and counseling, currently serving as an HPAP Counselor at Intas Foundation since September 2024. Previously, Vinay was a Counselor cum Coordinator at FPA India, where impactful initiatives were spearheaded for marginalized communities. Prior roles include Center Manager at Mindful Brain Sciences and Services, where recruitment and operational strategies were managed; Connect Officer at HelpAge India, recognized with the Top Performer Award for outstanding service to senior citizens; and Project Coordinator at Enliven Skills India, focusing on project management.
