Victoria Galan Galvan is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as Human Resources Director at Ingerop T3 since April 2024 and contributing to the Membership & Voice at the Directors in Transition Programme for EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s since May 2023. Previously, Victoria held positions as Partner and Senior Career Advisor at W Executive España, and Corporate Human Resources Director for Galileo Global Education, overseeing human resources operations and strategic policy implementation. With a background spanning over two decades, key roles included Human Resources Director at GESVALT, Career and Recruiting Director at IE Business School, and various HR leadership positions at ZF Group. Victoria holds an Executive Master in Human Resources Management from IE Business School, an MBA from CEOE, and a Licenciatura in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
