Ernesto Gutiérrez Tamargo holds a Licenciatura en Derecho and a Doctorado en Derecho from Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE, as well as multiple Master's degrees in Comparative Law, Business Administration, and Urban Planning from esteemed institutions in Madrid. They have extensive experience in corporate, financial, and regulatory law, specializing in real estate and urban development. Currently, Ernesto serves as an Abogado-Socio at EJASO ETL GLOBAL and as an Académico Correspondiente at the Real Academia de Jurisprudencia y Legislación de España. They are a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid and the UIBA. Previously, Ernesto held significant roles at Crowe Madrid and Alezes Abogados, among others.
