Tarek Ramadan is a seasoned professional in software engineering and IT, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at EjadTech since December 2022, while also working as a Lead Agile Coach and Software Consultant for a confidential company. With extensive experience that spans over a decade, Tarek has held pivotal roles including Group Software & IT Director at Andalusia Group for Medical Services, where responsibilities included leadership, project management, and Agile coaching. Previous positions include Software Development Manager at AHBS and Technical Team Leader/Product Owner at Andalusia Group. Tarek's educational background includes progress toward an Executive Doctorate of Business Administration at Alexandria University, alongside an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance. Tarek also holds a Project Management Professional certification from PMI MENA Chapter.
