Monica Osorio has a background in international relations and affairs, with experience working in various roles related to development, infrastructure, and governance. Monica has worked at EITI providing administrative support to regional teams, at Sustainable Infrastructure Development as a project consultant, and has also served as a development officer and legal advisor in different organizations. Monica holds a Master's degree in International Studies from National Chengchi University.
