Oliver Wueseke currently serves as the New Investment Opportunity Manager at EIT Health, focusing on supporting Life Science startups in Europe. Previously, Oliver held key positions including Chief Of Staff at Mantra Bio and Founder and CEO of Impulse Science, a consultancy specializing in research strategy and product development within biotech. With a robust background in research, Oliver has also worked as the Director of R&D at System1 Biosciences and as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Molecular Biotechnology Austria, where studies focused on human brain development using stem cell-derived models. Oliver's academic credentials include a PhD in Molecular Biology from the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics, alongside degrees in Biotechnology and Biology from the University of Münster. Early career experiences include roles in system administration and graphic design.
