Jose A. Dozal, Sr. has extensive work experience in the nursing field. Jose A. is currently a Nursing Instructor at California State University-San Bernardino since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Eisenhower Medical Center as the Director of Nursing and also served as a Clinical Coordinator. Jose A. started at Eisenhower Medical Center in 2014 as a Staff Registered Nurse. Before that, they worked as a Registered Nurse at HCR ManorCare from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Jose had a role as a Nursing Instructor at College of the Desert from 2019 to 2021.

Jose A. Dozal, Sr. obtained an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the College of the Desert between 2011 and 2013. Jose A. then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science at California State University-San Bernardino from 2013 to 2015.
