Naresh Surisetti is an experienced engineer specializing in power systems, currently serving as Senior Lead Engineer for System Integrity at EirGrid Group since April 2023. In this role, Naresh focuses on power system fault investigation and oscillation analysis, employing PMU technology and DIgSILENT Power Factory software for power system modeling and simulation. Prior to this position, Naresh worked at Power System Operation Corporation Ltd from December 2016 to April 2023, initially as a Senior Engineer conducting regional grid tripping analyses, before progressing to a managerial role analyzing regional energy meters for accurate energy accounting. Naresh's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Engineer at Power Grid Corporation of India Limited from November 2012 to November 2016, where responsibilities included testing and commissioning major equipment for a significant HVDC interconnector project. Naresh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, completed in 2012.
