Michelle Walsh has extensive experience in communications and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as the Community Liaison for the Celtic Interconnector project at EirGrid since April 2018. This significant endeavor aims to establish the first direct electricity connection between Ireland and France. Previously, Michelle held roles such as Corporate Communications Manager at Musgrave Group and Internal Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Heineken Ireland, where responsibilities included overseeing CSR initiatives. Additionally, Michelle has worked in marketing positions at TFT, Carmanah Technologies, and Solarcentury, contributing to advancements in sustainability and solar power solutions. An educational background includes a Diploma in Social Sciences from the University of Galway and various qualifications in marketing and business studies from notable institutions, including CIM and Ulster University.
