Darren McConnon is a Solicitor and Energy Engineer at EirGrid since June 2017, specializing in litigation, corporate law, commercial contracts, procurement, and planning and environmental issues. Darren has also worked as a secondee in the Commercial and Real Estate Departments at Mason Hayes & Curran LLP, gaining experience in privacy, technology, public procurement, and both residential and commercial real estate. Prior to EirGrid, Darren served as an Electrical Engineer at ESB from September 2013 to June 2017. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Technological University Dublin and multiple legal qualifications from the Law Society of Ireland, including Professional Practice Courses and Final Examination (FE1) exams.
