Brian Chapman is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as CIO at eir Ireland since January 2011, Brian has held various leadership positions including Director of IT Development, Head of BSS Design & Build, and Billing Systems Support and Maintenance Manager. Prior to this, Brian worked at Meteor from April 2001 to January 2011, where roles included Advanced Services Operations Engineer, NOC Engineer, and Customer Care Technical Helpdesk. Brian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering and Electronic Engineering from Dublin City University, obtained in 2003, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Technology Management from Technological University Dublin, completed in 2010.
