Shantanu Chowdhury is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in retail IT, particularly in point of sale (POS) and OMNI initiatives. Currently serving as POS Tech Lead at EILEEN FISHER, INC. since June 2018, Shantanu collaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of enhancements while managing POS production support and project planning. Previously, Shantanu held senior development roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, specializing in C# Dot Net development and possessing over 11 years of experience with leading US retailers. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Calcutta, complemented by MongoDB certification.
