Sandino L. Thompson serves as Partner and Managing Director at Echo Investment Capital, focusing on impact investment strategies since 2024. Sandino L. has been a Partner at EightTwenty since 2021 and has held the position of Vice President at Public Strategies since 2010, where Sandino L. leads national initiatives in employment workforce development and community revitalization. Prior to this, Thompson was the Executive Director of It's My Community Initiative from 2010 to 2021, positively impacting thousands of families and job seekers. Sandino L. gained early experience as a Project Manager at Sauer Holdings from 2005 to 2010 and as a Project Engineer at Manhattan Construction Company from 2002 to 2005. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University.
