Vinayendra Nataraja is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in leading security engineering teams across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as the Security Leader for Engineering at Eightfold, Vinayendra previously held the role of Senior Manager of Security Engineering at Front and was a Security Partner at Meta, where leadership influenced the security strategy for WhatsApp Business, impacting 2.6 billion users. Earlier, as Engineering Manager at Lyft, Vinayendra was instrumental in establishing the Product Security Team, enhancing product security processes significantly. Previous experience includes roles at Salesforce, where Vinayendra guided security and privacy initiatives, and Akamai Technologies, contributing to software development. Vinayendra holds a Master's degree in Information Assurance from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering.
