Mary Neigel has eight years of professional work experience. In 2010, they began their career as a Healthy Start Program Case Manager at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at CorePower Yoga as a Studio Manager and then at Managed by Q as a City Operations & Logistics Manager. In 2016, they joined Sonder Inc. as an Operations Manager and then Elite Dental Partners as a Human Resources Coordinator - Payroll and Benefits. In 2019, Mary began working at Financial Health Network as a Talent and Human Resources Partner and then at Eight Bit Studios as a Director of People Operations and People Operations Manager.

Mary Neigel obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Society from Beloit College between 2005 and 2009. In October 2013, they were certified as an ERYT by the Yoga Alliance.
