In this position, they migrated Verizon Wireless' customer call center to a next-generation platform, practiced Agile development methodology, and used technologies like Cassandra and Java to develop call flows. Additionally, they developed a Python tool to automate data extraction from legacy documents.
Achbold also has experience in academia, having served as a Physics teaching assistant and tutor at Denison University from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Physics Research Assistant, conducting research on negative gallium ions and programming/modifying data collection machines.
In 2015, Achbold worked as a Programming Counselor at Tic Summer Camp, where they taught computer languages such as C++, Python, and Logo to campers.

Achbold J. attended Northern Virginia Community College in 2012, where they studied Cyber Security for one year. In 2014, they enrolled at Denison University and pursued a degree in Physics with a concentration in Computer Science. Achbold completed their studies in 2018.
