Francien Berg is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in HR operations and policy development. Currently serving as Head of HR Operations at EIFFEL since March 2023, Francien previously held the position of Manager HR Operations at Salta Group from November 2016 to March 2023, overseeing HR administration and Compensation and Benefits policy implementation for the NCOI Group. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HR Advisor at Kempen & Co, where responsibilities included advising senior management on HR matters, and as a Policy Officer and HR Advisor at ASR Nederland N.V., focusing on labor conditions and personnel issues. Francien began the career as an HR Consultant at Ogden Aviation after completing a Bachelor's degree in Personnel & Labor from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Francien has pursued further education in organizational and change management, enhancing expertise in the field.
