Frédéric Leroy is an experienced professional in the railway construction industry, currently serving as Directeur d'agence and Directeur d’exploitation at Eiffage Rail since January 2017. Prior to this role, Frédéric Leroy held several key positions at Colas Rail from February 2013 to December 2016, including Tender Manager and Managing Director of Colas Rail Maroc.
