Pierpaolo Troiano started working at CRIF in October 2016 as an Associate Software Developer and remained in that role until August 2019. In August 2019, they joined EidosMedia as an Integration Specialist, where they currently work.

Pierpaolo Troiano completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico Tecnologico "G. Marconi" in Pescara from 2004 to 2009. Pierpaolo then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Ingegneria informatica (Computer Engineering) at the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia from 2009 to 2012. Pierpaolo continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM in Ingegneria Informatica (Master's degree in Computer Engineering) from 2012 to 2016. During their time at university, they also participated in exchange programs. In 2013, they studied at the University of Exeter for 5 months as part of the Erasmus Studio program. In 2015, they completed a 6-month Erasmus Traineeship at the Hasso Plattner Institute.
