The Project Management and Coordination team at eHealth Africa is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing various health technology projects aimed at improving healthcare delivery across urban and rural areas in Africa. This team ensures that projects are executed efficiently, within scope, and in compliance with financial and administrative policies. They work closely with on-ground health workers, NGO partners, and government officials to coordinate large-scale health system implementations, from vaccine delivery to COVID-19 response, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of eHealth solutions in challenging environments.
