Sarah Saleh is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Contracts & Vendor Management Leader and Organizational Development Leader at the Egyptian Drilling Company since August 2018, Sarah oversees the annual appraisal process and collaborates with senior management to enhance employee engagement. Previous roles include Senior HR Specialist at the same company, where responsibilities included managing organizational changes and HR policy consultation. Earlier experience includes HR Operations Specialist and Training Coordinator at ADES, where Sarah managed comprehensive HR duties across multiple business units. Additional roles in recruitment and customer service have contributed to a well-rounded skill set.
