Ahmed Sameh is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as a Member at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) since January 2024 and as a Judge at the Egyptian Council of State since July 2020. Previously, Ahmed held the position of Deputy District Attorney at the Egyptian public prosecution from January 2019 to July 2020. Ahmed's academic credentials include a Visiting Scholar in Public and Constitutional Law from the University of Houston Law Center (March 2023 - July 2023) and an LLM in Comparative and International Law from The American University in Cairo, where Ahmed is currently enrolled. Additional education includes a Professional Diploma in Legal and UN Translation from The American University in Cairo, a Diploma in International Negotiations from the National Training Academy and the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences at Cairo University, as well as an LLM in International Law from Ain Shams University.
