Carolin Hartwig is an experienced sales and corporate health professional with a strong background in developing and implementing health management programs. As the Head of Sales for South Germany and Austria at EGYM Wellpass, Carolin successfully generated six-digit revenue in Bavaria and acquired over 100 gyms and 50 customers within two years. Prior experience includes serving as a corporate health consultant for Die Techniker, where Carolin advised large companies on structured corporate health management processes, and as Sales and Partner Manager for qualitrain GmbH, where relationships were built with major corporations across Germany. At IFGL, Carolin played a pivotal role as the first employee, establishing corporate health products and sales strategies. Additionally, Carolin led a team at Kreissportbund Emsland to implement corporate health programs in collaboration with various stakeholders. Carolin holds a Master's degree in Communication Studies from Münster University.
