Wendi X. Z. is a seasoned leadership advisor at Egon Zehnder since January 2024, specializing in executive and board search, as well as talent management. Concurrently, Wendi serves on the Board of Directors at the SETI Institute, chairing the Governance Committee and engaging in multiple committees since June 2021. As a member of Sand Hill Angels, Wendi contributes to supporting entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. With a background in coaching, Wendi works as an executive coach across prestigious institutions such as Harvard and MIT, and has held various leadership roles, including VP of Business Development & Operations at Celential.ai and Business Development Partner at Gradient Ventures. Wendi's prior experience includes significant roles at Google, Neuvo Sensible Technologies, and One Earth Designs, complemented by advanced degrees from MIT, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Kennedy School.
