Terence Peikert is an Expert Principal within the Mobility & Automotive Practice at Egon Zehnder with extensive experience in the mobility ecosystem. Since joining Egon Zehnder in 2013, Terence has delivered solutions for top leadership situations, designed large-scale management assessment projects, and significantly contributed to global projects aimed at developing talent management frameworks and optimizing processes. Terence is certified in the 16PF and Hogan Development Survey assessment tools and has led high-stakes client engagements, partnering closely with global teams. Previous experience includes senior roles at KnowledgeAgent GmbH, where Terence managed research operations and analytics projects, and various internships at DaimlerChrysler AG and other organizations. Terence holds a Master's degree in International Trade Economics from Sciences Po, a Master of Science in Business Administration from FernUniversität in Hagen, and a Dipl. Pol. in Political Sciences from Freie Universität Berlin.
