Nobuko Tabata is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in consulting and project management. Currently serving as a Partner and Consultant at Egon Zehnder, Nobuko has also held significant roles at McKinsey & Company as an Associate, and at the World Economic Forum as Project Manager for the Japan Gender Parity Task Force. Additional experience includes a position as Summer Intern at The Boston Consulting Group and as a Summer Associate at Morgan Stanley. Nobuko holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Keio University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
