Kenna Baudin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and talent acquisition. Currently, Kenna serves as a Partner and Global Head of Private Capital at Egon Zehnder, where responsibilities include collaborating with private equity firms to fulfill critical talent needs, particularly at the senior level. Previous roles include Head of Private Equity at J Safra Asset Management Corporation and Director at 3i Group plc, where Kenna managed significant investments across multiple regions. With a foundation in economics from The Wharton School and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Kenna also contributes as a member of Chief since January 2022.
