Gowri Rao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership advisory roles. Currently serving as a Consultant and Leadership Advisor at Egon Zehnder since 2023, Gowri co-founded CareerLark, where the focus was on developing employee performance and engagement tools from 2015 to 2021. Prior experience includes significant positions at Twilio Inc. as Product Lead for Messaging, and as a Senior Product Manager at Zynga, overseeing growth and revenue for prominent titles. At Amazon, Gowri led the Kindle Direct Publishing team, driving notable global product launches. Earlier roles included business development at Dow Jones, strategy consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a research scholarship at NASA.
