Ashley Harding is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and product marketing. Currently a Consultant at Egon Zehnder since June 2022, Ashley previously held multiple executive roles at The New York Times from August 2016 to April 2022, including Executive Director of Growth & Product Marketing. Ashley's career also includes leadership positions at Ralph Lauren, Gilt Groupe, and Procter & Gamble, where Ashley acquired a comprehensive skill set in digital brand strategy and audience engagement. Recognized as one of Brand Innovators' 40 Under 40, Ashley holds an MBA in Brand Management & Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an MPH in Public Health from Emory University, and a BA in Spanish and Pre-Med from Duke University. Educational background also includes obtaining an International Baccalaureate from Atlanta International School.
