Anna Auerbach serves as the PE Tech Segment Leader and Co-Lead of the Product Officers Practice at Egon Zehnder since March 2020, specializing in tech and digital executive search. Prior to this role, Anna co-founded Werk.co, a venture-backed SaaS analytics platform focused on customizing the employee experience, which was acquired by The Mom Project in March 2020. Experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Moonridge Group, Case Team Leader at The Bridgespan Group, Manager of Special Projects in Business Development at the American Museum of Natural History, and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Co. Anna holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Brandeis University, along with early education from the Russian School of Mathematics.
