Jon Phelps currently serves as the Director at Egis, a position held since October 2024, where leadership focuses on program development and goal attainment across multiple states in collaboration with energy efficiency leaders. Previously, Jon Phelps was a Project Director at APTIM from September 2018 to October 2024, facilitating energy efficiency and customer engagement solutions. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Manager at CLEAResult from September 2014 to September 2018, where responsibilities included planning and implementing energy efficiency programs. Additionally, Jon Phelps co-founded Energy & Carbon Management, LLC, contributing to energy efficiency program management and carbon savings measurement from May 2014 to July 2015. Earlier roles include Manager at National Energy Resources, L.L.C. and Interim Executive Director/Energy Director at LACAP. Jon Phelps holds a Master of Science in Management from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Administration from Oklahoma State University.
