Tem Aguerre is a seasoned digital design professional currently serving as the Lead Digital Designer at EGGS, part of Sopra Steria since September 2024. Concurrently, Tem is the UX Course Director at Berghs School of Communication, where responsibilities include teaching UX and product design. Previous roles include UX Lead at Daresay by Knightec, UX Manager at Extenda Retail, and Head of UX at Tele2, where strategic direction for UX initiatives was defined. With experience spanning various companies, including FundedByMe and SMSgrupp, Tem has consistently contributed to UX and service design projects, ensuring cohesive user experiences across digital platforms. Tem holds a degree in UX Design from UC San Diego and an Associate of Arts from Stockholms Folkhögskola.
