Kateline Porritt is a seasoned professional in the food and hospitality industries with a diverse background in trends research, product development, and innovation. Currently serving as Head of Trends & Insights at Egg Soldiers, Kateline leads research and reporting on food trends, helping clients across hospitality and retail. Previously, Kateline worked as a Games Designer at Code Bakers, a Creative Head and Senior Bespoke Trends Writer at thefoodpeople, and as NPD Manager at Yum! Restaurants International, where an innovation pipeline for menu items was developed. Early career experience includes strategic planning at Sainsbury's as a Product Developer and Technical Assistant, as well as culinary experience at Jeremy's Cafe in Melbourne. Kateline holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Leeds.
