Janne Sorteberg has extensive experience in user experience (UX) and business analysis, currently serving as ¸éÃ¥»å²µ¾±±¹±ð°ù and Senior Konsulent at Egde since October 2018, focusing on user experience design. Prior to this role, Janne worked at National Oilwell Varco from December 2008 to September 2018 as IS Senior Business Analyst, where responsibilities included analyzing business processes, conducting user interviews, and acting as Scrum Master. Janne's earlier experience includes a role as IT Consultant at Promatica and Senior Consultant at Software Innovation ASA, where expertise in test management and user interface design was demonstrated. Janne holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and a Høyskolekandidat in Økonomi og Administrasjon from Østfold University College.
