Delphine Girolami is an experienced HR professional currently serving as DRH at EFREI Paris since July 2019, contributing to the executive committee and managing a team of nine in developing HR policies and strategies. Prior to this role, Delphine held positions at Défense Conseil International, overseeing personnel administration and HR development from February 2016 to June 2019, and at UCPA, where responsibilities included managing disciplinary procedures and human resources administration from December 2002 to January 2016. Delphine's career began in advertising with roles at EURO RSCG Futurs and PRESSE PUBLICITE after obtaining foundational education in communication and human resources. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in HR Management from IGS-RH and a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication from IFP.
