Daniel Smiljkov is a Recruitment Specialist at Aptiv since February 2024 and has been actively involved with the European Federation of Psychology Students' Associations (EFPSA) since April 2022, serving as a Social Impact Initiative Team Member and a Member Representative for North Macedonia. Additionally, Daniel coordinated the Better Together project, managing a local group of volunteers and overseeing project implementation. Previous experience includes student volunteering at the First Children's Embassy in the World MEGJASHI MACEDONIA, where responsibilities included moderating press conferences and participating as a guest speaker on national radio. Daniel has completed internships in human resources at RLDatix and Johnson Matthey, focusing on document organization and recruitment processes. Earlier roles include leadership in research at PSA Psihesko and a research internship at TIM Institut, alongside a motivational speaking engagement at American Corner Skopje. Education includes a degree from the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje and ongoing studies at SEMOS Education.
